Remo Nussbaumer’s passion for cooking is versatile. His profession in the kitchen enables him to give his creativity free rein in order to create innovative and tasty recipes. At the forefront of his work are international tastes which fascinate and inspire him to experiment time after time. Because eNDi has similar sources of inspiration the collaboration between them worked straightaway. Due to his professional training as a cook and his experience in the catering trade as a restaurant proprietor in Wollerau, Schwyz he is also very familiar with traditional Swiss cuisine. Consequently, he performs the craft of cooking not just passionately but also with Swiss discipline and professionalism. “For me, my job also represents a responsibility. On the one hand, towards my own demands and, on the other, towards the ones of my customers.”
