For our burgers we use Limousin beef which we purchase only from Swiss farmers. Our suppliers value the quality as well as the taste of their meat which conforms to our requirements of fine dining. The specialty of this meat stems from the unique breeding of the cattle; the Limousin calf is raised by its mother and receives her milk for 10 months. Due to free-range husbandry the animals of the breed Limousin beef have access to the outdoors and, thus, can eat fresh grass which grows on the meadow. Compliance with the strict animal welfare regulations of Switzerland as well as feeding without additives enable the cattle to develop naturally and lead to the ideal fat content in the muscle. The result is a finely grained as well evenly marbled meat of excellence.
